The Hillcrest Chapel may also be reserved for meetings, photoshoots and other gatherings other than weddings.
A date is secured through payment if full of the appropriate fee. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
For reservations Mondays through Thursdays: If notification of cancellation is given at least fourteen (14) days in advance, one-half of the fee paid will be refunded; the other half is non-refundable.
For reservations Fridays through Sundays, the fee paid is non-refundable.
A refundable damage/clean-up deposit is required at the time of reservation. For uses other than for wedding ceremonies, if there are no damages, extra clean-up, or other custodial requirements out of the ordinary, this amount will be refunded within two weeks.
