Weddings

The Hillcrest Chapel has a natural beauty that requires only simple decorations. Floral arrangements and other decorations should be neither ostentatious nor unnecessarily elaborate.

Dripless candles and protective sheets should be used to protect the floor and furniture from wax. No nails, tape or glue of any kind may be used to fasten decorations to the pews, walls or other furnishings. The use of rice, confetti, birdseed and such (inside or outside the chapel building) is prohibited. Flower petals may be thrown outside the chapel building only. Arrangements and decorations are to be removed from the chapel following the service on the date of the wedding ceremony and the chapel is to be returned to its previous arrangements. This is the responsibility of the wedding party. No furnishings shall be moved or removed within the Hillcrest Chapel without prior arrangement. This is to be done in consultation with the church staff at least three days prior to usage. The church staff will be responsible for moving all furnishings.

It is the responsibility of the wedding party to find and secure an official for your wedding.

Smoking in any church buildings or within ten feet of any entrances is not allowed.

Neither the church, nor its members, officers or employees are responsible for any personal items that become lost, broken or missing.

The fellowship hall of Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church can be made available for receptions.

The members and staff of Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church want your wedding to be a worshipful and joy-filled occasion. Our prayers is that you shall be blessed with love that grows.
